A lot has transpired since I first started on this website in mid 2017. There are many new essays and meditations for viewers to explore. In the last 6 months I have moved to California and partnering with Alameda Health Systems to create systems to help some of the areas most vulnerable populations to heal. I hope this website continues to inspire its viewers to discover their own capacities to heal. Healing in its deepest definition is discovering more of whom and what we are.
I am dedicated to continuing to maintain this site and provide free resources for everyone to explore their own healing either through the poems, essays, or meditations. As my own discovery process I feel the concepts in the writings have become deeper. I hope everyone continues to enjoy this site.
